Booking Terms and Conditions for FE Associates

To reserve a place on one of our leadership programmes or workshops at FE Associates, contact us while you seek permission to attend. We’ll hold your spot for as long as possible, pending your confirmation.
Our leadership programmes and workshops at FE Associates are conducted in small groups to encourage engagement, so we kindly request that phones and recording devise remain switched off.

Authorisation

By submitting a booking to us, by whatever means, you are acknowledging that you have received authorisation for this expenditure from the relevant person at your institution.

Substitute Delegates

Substitute delegates on our leadership programmes and workshops are handled on a case-by-case basis. You must inform us in advance, and we reserve the right to refuse a delegate substitute request.

Cancellations by FE Associates

While it’s rare for a leadership programme or workshop to be cancelled, unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, venue availability issues or train strikes may arise. In such cases:

  • We will re-organise one-day workshops.
  • For more extended training programs involving multiple days, the cancelled day will be rescheduled with consideration for the cohort’s availability.
  • FE Associates are not liable for ancillary costs such as accommodation or travel should a cancellation occur.

Delegate Cancellations

We understand that delegates’ plans may change for various reasons, leading to the need to cancel a booking. In such circumstances:
No fee will be charged if at least ten working days’ cancellation notice is given.
If more than three working days’ notice but less than ten is given,50% of the invoice remains payable.
If three or fewer working days’ notice of cancellation is given, the invoice is payable in full.
All cancellations must be confirmed via email.

Payment Procedures

Payment is due in most cases two weeks before the leadership programme or workshop takes place. We are committed so sending you an invoice in advance to allow sufficient time for payment, or you can use our online payment portal system which is available 24/7. Payment can be made via Bank Transfer or card payment by contacting us directly and electronic payment requests are available upon request.

Certificate of Attendance and Impact Surveys

FE Associates will issue Certificates of attendance to delegates who have fully attended a leadership programme or workshop. Certificates cannot be issued for partial attendance. We may send requests to delegates for information and feedback once a course is completed. This will usually be collected through our post-programme surveys, although other methods may be used. Please note that we may use your survey responses in the form of anonymous quotes in promotional material (printed and digital). By booking a place on a leadership programme or workshop with us, you confirm that you are willing to be contacted.

Data Protection and Security

We conduct due diligence on third parties processing your data on our behalf and maintain oversight of handling your data. We adhere to industry-standard security levels for data protection. Should we wish to record a session, attendees of our leadership programmes and workshops will be notified and prompted to provide consent, ensuring transparency and compliance with data protection regulations.
